The first prop is on the Chrysler, has almost no rake compared to the Johnson from what I canaee .Hope the hull shots help.

looks like an old Mark Twain/Tom Sawyer? Is that one pic showing it trimmed all the way down? If it is then that is not enough and that would be the problem. Pic is too small for me to tell if there is anything in the way to prevent it from going down more.

Trim tabs will help get on plane faster and at slower speeds ... If the foam is waterlogged then your carrying unwanted extra weight ..

In pic #3 it clearly shows the motor is not trimmed down enough, if that's all the further down it goes it's most likely the problem.

You may need to buy or make a wedge to get more range of trim. The motor should be able to tuck in some when trimmed all the way down.

It does look as though there is a pin in the first hole. It also looks like the motor is not all the way down and hitting that pin.:noidea:
