Was doing a standard clean burn for the spring, humming along at 850 plus not as high as I hoped but workable. Even had wide open vent into 10 mph winds. After and hours went inside to nap came back less than hour and she's at 400. Open up and knock the coals and only half burnt?shut it down and will regroup in the morning but WTH never had a half burn. initial start was full red hot chimney dumped then 16 lb bag kingsford over that.


Lump snobs don't bother,,been using Kingsford in this thing for years.
