Are these the same bolt pattern

I have a 1968 Mercruiser 120hp, and I'm thinking of replacing it. I have a 1976 Renken with a 188hp mercruiser in it I'm parting out. Are the outdrives basically the same except for the gears? Do they use the same hole in the transom?
