I have what I think is a weird issue. After a period of random time the motor suddenly sputters and stalls. Its happened puttering around at 2000rpm as well as at 4000rpm. I have a very brief issue getting it started but hen it runs fine for another 20 minutes to an hour or so. Any thoughts?

I'm using 87 octane fresh fuel. Temps are between 180 and 190 degrees. Oil pressure and battery look good.
