AQ131A timing issue

What is the proper timing procedure for the Volvo AQ131A? Timing belt and distributor? Greatly appreciate any advice!

Just aim the timing light at the timing mark at idle and turn the distributor to specs. No base timing setup or anything like that on your engine.
