Aluminum hull painting on a budget

Crank, that turned out nice! If I needed a nice looking boat I would follow those insructions in a hartbeat. But I dont, I actually just did some experiment painting on mine with Primer vs no Primer and sanded gunwals. Only did half the port side that way. The aluminum primer (not SE'ing primer) was actually white. Ill be posting pics later in my thread.

That white AL primer Rusto sells is water based latex or at least the quarts were, I would suspect the spray bombs are too.
