Ok my alternator squeaks like crazy when every it has a load on it...... Hit the trim button up or down and it squeaks like crazy... Replaced the belt and no difference.!! It's charging good but the noise is driving me crazy...!!!! What do you guys think..?? Thanks in advance

Sounds like you need to replace the brushes. When you load up the alternator, it demands more output and the brushes carry that output. If they are worn, they can squeal. So time to repair the alternator. You can do that yourself, not really hard to do, or have an alternator/starter repair shop do it. Would be a great time to check the bearings as well... JMHO
