Alpha one 1994 TRIM Rams frozen in time

Boat has sat for several years with the out drive in the UP position. would not TRIM down, so I took them off the rams and let some PB blaster soak for a few days with no effect. Still stuck. I tried hitting one end with a rubber mallet, went down a little with oil shooting out the lines, but won't go down anymore than that. Any help would be appreciated.

Ayuh,.... Try switchin' the hyd. lines,... The pump puts out more pressure goin' the other way,.....

Takin' the gland nut off, 'n cleanin' it sometimes helps, as corrosion can bind against the rod,....
