So I want to upgrade the battery charger in our 42' cruiser, to a ProNautic 1260P. I am also installing a bow thruster, which will be powered by 2 AGM 31s in parallel. The new house batteries are four 6volt floor sweeper batteries. [2 in series, and then parallel with the other 2 in series] This should give me lots of juice out on the hook for a few days.
My question is about charging them all. I have read that wet cells use the same charger settings as AGM. Is this the case? Can I get away with 1 3bank charger, or do I need a separate charger for the AGMs?

Thanks!

Q. | What charger setting do I have to use for AGM batteries? |
A. | AGM batteries can charge at the lead-acid setting on our battery chargers. Our chargers are factory set for lead-acid so you do not have to make any changes to the charger. |
Thanks!
