The choke on my Holley 2300 500cfm isn't correctly adjusted. The manual says "5 notches lean" and I have found eleven notches on the carburator where the chokehouseing is mounted, but is the middle notch the baseline and then it's 5 notches lean and 5 notches rich or is it just eleven notches lean in total?
