'99 OX66 225 Draw Tube Clicking

I have a pair of '99 OX66 225's that,through info and help from this forum, I have learned to keep in top running condition. Even though I clean the O2 sensors in 100hr intervals, the draw tubes on both motors click continuously. When cleaning the O2 sensors, I also clean the draw tubes and the housing as well. Is there a solution to this? Would new draw tubes help? A search in the Forum didn't really come up with any definitive answers.

if u put them in backwards they will click

I recall them being symetrical, but if my memory is incorrect.... how should they be installed? I will be cleaning the O2 sensor in 2 weeks or so --- after the spring striper run.

u might be right, but i remember our dealer training teacher said put them in the same way u took them out. saying if people come in with a 2 stroke and say they need their valves adjusted because the noise they hear
