98 FICHT MISSING AT WOT but runs fine @3\4 throtle

98 ficht 115 Wide open it will hick-up but if i back off just a bit it runs fine
could this be the plugs??? do i need to index them or another issue

Check your timing and spark... if not, probably carbs.
