I have a 96 mariner outboard that has started to get very loud exhaust, can't find any water leaking out under cowl , it gets louder if the motor is trimmed up slightly, have been keeping it trimmed all the way down due how loud it is , my wife says it's to loud and doesn't like going out , and she's right , I've put a new water pump assemble kit on a week ago , it did help but is still very loud , any ideas would be very helpful.
