After 3 years, trying to get this running again. Tilt has function to the relays so I disconnected the 3 wire leads and applied directly to the tilt motor. Found the motor froze. Disassembled, cleaned it up and now I have motor function again. Am doing all testing direct to the battery now. After running the pump down, it wont come up. Tried refilling the reservoir, however, no leaks are visible. Motor is running both directions. Need this up to work on it? Can anyone help? 1996 90 ELPT OE159125
