89 Horizon 200 4.3 What prop do i buy

I have an 89 Horizon 4.3. I am looking to get a new prop as the one on has seen much better days. But as i am new to the boating world dont even know how to pick one any help for a nube. Im looking for good out of the hole but over all top speed.

Welcome, we need more info, like what is your Maximum rpm with the prop you have, and what size (pitch) prop is on it now?

I dont have those answers I will be able to get the max rpm at speed this weekend but dont even know how to find out the pitch. Sorry guys I am learning day by day.

Look close at the prop, it may be stamped on the side between the blades, or if you temporarily take off the prop nut, spacer, & washer, it's usually right under that.

14 1/2 19 she tops out at about 35 40 and is pretty good out of the hole

That's good!,,, but we need the rest of the equation, the WOT (wide open throttle) rpm

That size sounds about right, what are you looking to improve?
