Do these choke solenoids get weak? My thought was it's either Good or it goes Bad.
Every once in a while my Choke doesn't engage when I hit the Choke Button. If I take the cover off the engine and engage the choke by hand then hit the switch it seems to work. I have already Cleaned the solenoid Plunger with alcohol to get any grease off of it, thinking it might be a bit gummy. I also made sure it was adjusted to the line on the Plunger..Then I adjusted it even lower thinking it might help it to pull in.

Electrical connections are clean and good.

Any thoughts on it just getting weak?
Thanks

Isn't there 3 positions on the manual choke?
Try to move it in another position. I remember that you must have it in the middle position, don't push it all in.
