85 Mariner, no fire 0n 1&2

I have a 85 Mariner, 75 HP. On Lake it started running rough at full throtle so I stoped and checked carbs. On restart I was geting no fire on 1&2 cylinders. Had to limp home. Coils & plugs check OK. What is most likely bad and what would cause 2 cylinders to go bad at the same time?

Chances are it's the trigger here CDI's test for the system
