85 force transom saver bar??

The picture about is exactly what the force engine in 1984 was given and what I still have.I was told that the other "bar" is around 120 bucks and still can be bought. I will show you the diagram in this next post

Ah, yes! Now I recognize that trailering bar. Try putting it on with the extension on the other transom clamp (in other words opposite the way it is now) and again. use the tilt pin in the outermost hole in the transom clamps.

Use the tilt lock on the engine to secure it to the bar and again, that tilt lock can snap free so use a couple of bungees also to secure the engine to the trailering bar.

I have installed the other 2 prong bar with the cotter pin. I believe it raised the engine a few more inches. See if the pictures are correct

That "trailer bar" in post four is what came new with my aluminum hull Spectrum and 85 hp Force engine. The skeg is only three or four inches off the ground when the trailer is level. I have just dealt with it, well and bungee it down too...
