G'day, son has this motor for his project ski boat,
the cd repair manual he bought for it doesn't have wiring diagrams..nor even mentions TT
three wires..black, green and blue,
has a spring loaded dash switch as well,
could someone please tell us which wires goes where on switch and battery, l think l know where the green and black go but would like to check here first,
please pardon the basic question,
thanks,

black is ground. it connects directly to engine or battery.
switch should have three wires. center is 12v. Up is blue. Down is green.

If you are going to use in salty or brackish water then add a slab of zinc across bottom of trim housing (the big thing with a five sided cover).

Modifying a 2w harness to support a 3w motor and using relays is often a worthwhile upgrade too. I think frank posted a how-to on this a while back.

Thanks for your help,
jerry wired as described,
suspect switch is cactus as tilt runs when wires applied to battery,
thanks again,
cheers
