Hey everyone I got a older i think a 68 7.5 hp outboard that had not been run for years. It started up in 3 pulls and run and idles good. The only things is I am not thinking it is getting full power. It runs higher RPM's just outside of the run position then if you turn the throttle all the way up. So I am thinking it might be a throttle cable that is starched out or maybe the carob needs cleaned? Just looking for some ideas and where you guys think i should start first. Thanks
