Hey guys I'm hoping someone has some experience with this old girl. First off this motor runs awesome. I replaced the WP and added a gauge, there was a pipe plug right next to my thermostat so I added the gauge fitting there.
I replaced the complete pump kit. I notice there is no pressure relief valve anywhere as far as I can tell.
I took the boat out today and at idle I get 5 psi. At WOT I'm around 10-12.
I did not overheat and like I said the motor ran out great. I'm just a little paranoid by the low pressure. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
