good morning fellas,
my question is, will a stator plate with all new coils, condensers, points set to .20 and wires work on all 22 cubic inch motors? specically, the 1963, 67,68,and 69 fastwins and the sportster (25hp) models with the adjustment to the cam roller bearing n relationship to the cam marks being adjusted for the specific yr and model being used?

"All 22 cu in" covers a lot of territory Let's say "most". At some early date, a groove was added around the O.D. of the plate. My computer is busted, so I don;t have that year info handy. Also, at a later date (1973-ish) the 22 cu went to the Lo-Tension mag, identified by only one coil under the flywheel.

what I'm trying to find out is, i have a mag plate from a 69 evinrude (25902b)with all new parts and wanted to know if i could use that set of electricals to eliminate electrical problems with other engines i have. those engines are 18hp fastwins years 1963 (18302b), 68 (18802b),and a 69, (18902b), along with a 1969 25hp johnson.they are all the 22 cubic inch motors and all have the dual coils under the fly wheel. i know the cam roller and cam markings line up differently on those engines depending on year and model just wanted to know if the one stator plate could be used on those years mentioned above.

1960 and 1969 show same part # for the magneto plate.----Throttle cam can be replaced / interchanged on these.

What I tried to say is if it came off a 22 cu in and has the groove and two coils it will fit the models listed

Thinking about it a bit more, beginning in 1971 they used an improved magneto mounting system It will still fit older models but you need the compatible mounting rings
