45hp chrysler no spark to plugs

I picked up a 45hp late 60s motor,i hooked everything up after a lot of priming and messing around got it to fire up for abrief second assumed it was good to go.I mounted it on boat now it is not getting spark to plugs.Got juice going to wires going to coils, no spark to plugs any ideas?What would cause no spark?Where can i start looking?Any help would be greatly appreciated.
