3.0 to 3.8 omc plz help

I have a 3.0 omc engine thats blown and the boat has been left to sit. I recently got a parts boat with a 3.8. Just wondering whats involved to do the swap? Thanks everybody

I would sell the 3.8 and parts and fix the 3.0 with a $300 3.0 longblock. Otherwise swap everything over and rebuild your Hill and stringers and motor mounts to fit the 3.8
