Hello,
I think I may be doing something wrong; this is the second L side flex hose I've broken in less than a year. The break on the first one was at the L fitting that goes into the caliper. I noticed this weekend the replacment hose parted on the same side, but at the swivel where it attaches to the L fitting.
This is a Tie Down system thats less than 2 years old. The Metal tubing is attached to the axle, and the flex hose runs from there to the fitting. This is how the instructions showed it should be routed.
I keep looking for a place where it may be striking as the suspension flexes but I don't see any problems. Its routed on the back side of the axle and would be very hard for anything to hit the tube. Can't figure it out.
