20psi oil pressure at 3500rpm normal?

My friends Mercury 5.7EFI only indicated 20psi oil pressure on the pressure gauge at 3500rpm with at the engine at fully warmed up. Is this normal? Thank you.

That on the low side....make sure its running the 25w/40 oil.
