Swapped the worn impeller for a new one and re-assemble the lower end of the engine. Started it and it was "peeing" a strong stream into the lake...however, another stream of water appeared. Just above the lower unit, on the front (boat) side of the drive shaft housing, right at the point where the lower edge of the plastic cowlings are....I have a steady stream of water "peeing" forward. Is this a hose that is leaking, or that has come loose? Overpressure relief on the now strong flow of water from the impeller? Other? I haven't seen this before.
