2007 Volvo Duoprop Trim sender adjustment

I have twin volvo duoprops on my Monterey behind 320hp 5.7's. The trim gauge indication is off on one side and I'd like to adjust it. I'm familiar with Mercury bravo trim puck adjustment, is volvo the same, just loosen and rotate?

Also, my boat is in the water all summer, can I loosen and adjust in the water? I know with Merc it's a sealed unit, just not familiar with Volvo and want advice.

That's about it, starboard side of the gimbal ring.

Thanks Don! Just want to confirm though that it will be OK to loosen when in the water... I know with Merc, there is nothing to be worried about with boat being in water... just want to be sure with the volvo.....
