2006 Sun Tracker Regency 25'

We bought a 2006 Suntracker Pontoon boat and need to reinstall a Mercruiser 3.0 Alpha One motor. It is actually still in the boat but EVERYTHING has been disconnected. Does anyone have any pictures of an installed motor like this or is there a manual that shows where to connect all wires and cables in this Pontoon boat. Any help is appreciated.

I have a 27 foot pontoon. I have used acid on the wash. And I can't get the last layer of stuff off. It's like concrete. Does anybody have an alternative way to get this done
