I just bough ta 2006 evinrude 2 stroke that starts and runs fine but accessory voltage (12.3) at start drops to 9 or so when put in gear/ Voltage seems fine at battery but trim, radio etc will not fire up after going in forward? it is ok coming out of gate but as soon as throttle advances voltage drops? Thanks in advance?
