2005 mecrury 115hp 2 stoke

Hey..

I am putting on my aluminum prop, and it says to torque the nut to factory specs...

From what I can find, that is 55 ft lbs?

Is that correct for my motor?

It feels likes its goin on overly tight?

That torque is correct,

FYI for most fasteners with that thread size that would be too little torque
