2004 Yamaha outboard 115 HP 4 stroke

I Need a little help please, 115 4 stroke will ONLY idle, its been sitting over a year. This is what i have done. hooked up to laptop it showed pulse coli, temp sensor, tps sensor. I cleared codes and started engine ran it over 30 min at idle. all active test showed normal.

Might monitor fuel pressures to make sure they do not drop off

It should be around 35 psi.
