2004 merc xr6 150 oil tank question

just noticed the aux tank on the engine is overflowing (cap is tight) when running and the main tank is only 1/2 full, and she smokes like crazy now until it burns off the plugs.
whats wrong?

Crankcase pressure valve is bad on block.

thanks! is that the valve that one of the oil tank hoses go to on the starboard side of the block?
