Reporting my boat and a shop says he has an Evinrude 115 with carbs. Did they also make carburetor engines in 2001? Haven't gone to look at it yet.

id say they did NOT make a carbed 115 hp motor in 2001, but Johnson did...... could have a evinrude cover on a johnson motor.... or the guy is mistaken about the year.... id guess they didn't make a carbed motor after 1998.....that's just a guess..... Johnson made FICTH motors as well....
