Hi guys I was looking at this 2000 150 Ficht today for one of my buddies and it won't run in the idle position only when the throttle is advanced then it will run. I put the computer on it and there were no hard faults only 1 stored fault which was for the shift assist switch. The motor has been layed up for years and the gas is very old. The injectors actuate, the oil pump and the fuel pump activates as well. Could old gas be the cause of this issue? Also when it is running on the monitor screen of the diagnostic software the exhaust sensor reads -2.97 so I think that this needs a service and the plugs are quite fouled.
