1994 454 firing order

I have a friend that needs the firing order for a 1994 454 mercrusier. He wants to change plug wires as well as plugs, not sure what he is doing. What plug wires should he use??? And if you have the plug gap that probably would help him as well, thanks for your help. I have been trying to get scott to log onto this great site but he is not to computer wise.

1 8 4 3 6 5 7 2 like all chevys.

Number one cylinder is front right corner when facing the front of the engine.

And tell your pal if he did them one at a time he wouldnt need this info.

Thanks for the help for my friend scott, i agree that doing them one at a time is the best way. But we all were rookies once. Thanks again. Do you happen to know what the plug gap is for this particular motor, i told scott just to check one of the plugs that he replaced but he threw them away, and he did not gap the plugs that he replaced them with. I have no idea what he put in as far as plugs go, i will have to ask him. Thanks
