1990 90 HP Merc on 60's 17ft Whaler prop selection

There is a stainless 13X19 prop that needs to be re-hubbed. I want to put an aluminum on it. What pitch should I go with given the aluminum will flex more. Boat is a fishing boat, no skiing or tubing so not really concerned with performance in that area.

why buy another prop, get it re hubbed, any prop shop can do that

All things being equal I would go with a 21 if moving to aluminum.
