While winterizing the motor today, when it came to fogging,Ihad the motor warmed up to low idle, sprayed the fogging oil into the top carb.,untill the motor sputtered and quit.Restarted the motor to fog the second or lower carb..the motor started right away and idled fine,as I fogged the lower carb.,nothing happened at all as if the carb was not operating.any thoughts or comments would be appreciated.I then noticed what appeared to be and smelled like fuel dripping out from the prop hub or lower unit seal, this motor has through hub exhaust. Please help, thanks

Do a compression test and a spark test.
When you spray fog thru the carb it goes directly into the engine crankcase bypassing all the floats, jets etc.
It should have bogged your motor.
