1989 Mariner 25hp 2-stroke tune up

I just bought a boat for the first time in my life, so I'm not sure exactly what parts I should replace if I'd like to do a tune up. The previous owner said he'd never done a tune up on it, so I thought it might be a good time to do it...Thanks!

Rebuild carburetor, change spark plugs, replace necessary ignition components, new water pump, fresh lower unit lube.
