My battery for the engine is fully charged,but when i crank it the starter doesn't engage fully and the tilt and trim is weak,,,just had the battery tested and it check out good! ???
Sounds like a pretty strong case for resistance in the battery to engine circuit, Bigaceks. Remove and scrub shiny all connections of the big cables from the battery, + and -. Also check the cables for weak or swollen places that hide corroded wire.
