Squeeze the fuel bulb and you can hear the carbs filling up. Choke button works, cranks forever (almost, about 30-40 seconds) before starting. Once running it runs perfectly. Tried idle, part throttle and full throttle, no difference. Without choking it would never start. It's not flooding but somehow is not getting the fuel mixture into the (3) cylinders. Any ideas?

Is this only cold or every time ou start? I've got an 85 in-line and starts and runs pretty much the same. When cold have, to squeeze the bulb till fuel is running out of the carbs, open the throttle all the way, then press the choke while cranking. Takes about 15-20 seconds to fire up. Once warm, runs like a champ. I was told "its the nature if the beast".
