1986 Evinrude 150 hp not starting Fuse Location ?

Help,I was working on my accessory panel and accidently hit the ignition switch with a wire . I now have no trim and when I turn the ignition switch nothing happens, I suspect I blew a fuse. My problem is I do not know the location of the fuse on the motor. I just got this motor & Boat and am very naive'. I truly apprciate any help.

near starter solenoid, red inline fuse holder. has short 20 amp fuse. you can see one the the lower extreme right of this picture.

Should be near starter, at least mine is (1987 90HP).

See #'s 23 and 40. You have to know what a marine fuse holder looks like. That # 40 is a retainer which is snapped on to the holder and assures the holder stays closed.
