1985 140 VRO vacuum line HELP

i was hoping some one here could answer my questions on vacuum lines.

would a small vacuum line CRACK cause my 1985 140 johnson run out of fuel and stall, but idle fine?

also i broke the vacuum line T with an arrow on it behind the VRO where could i get a replacement?

you can get a new T at your local autoparts store and the vacuum line to

do you think that cracked vacuum line would bog down & stall my motor?
