Here's the problem: motor was running rough so I replaced the spark plugs. I started the engine, ran for a little bit, it revved high and then quit. After it quit I noticed that the fuel line to the bottom carb was leaking profusely, which I believe was my problem all along. I fixed that problem and now the motor won't start at all because there is no spark to any of plugs (used a spark plug tester I bought at autozone that tested good on a little Johnson I have).

I tried the procedure outlined here by Joe Reeves to test for a bad ignition switch:
1984 Johnson 70 hp No Spark

And still no spark, what next?

There is also a little fuse inside the engine. Not sure where it is located on that engine, if it is blown you'll have no spark. Another stupid quick check but is it also fully in neutral? Neutral safety switch.
