1983 Johnson 70 horsepower timing

Hey guys I have a 1983 70 horsepower Johnson powerhead. I am getting it running as a spare. According to my manual the timing should be set according to the sticker on the motor. My motor does not have a sticker. My 1984 75 horsepower says 19 degrees. Is that the same for the 70? Does anyone have the spec for the 70 timing. Thanks
