1983 80hp mariner carb issues

I just cleaned the carbs on this mariner and put new needles and seats in the carbs. Ialso adjusted the floats to the proper height. It stay running just fine but it seems to rev up and down slightly. I havent had the chance to take it out on the water yet

I believe it is the low speed jets clogged up. Does anyone know where they are located?

You have low speed idle needles and passages, no jets. They will do this on muffs as need to be in a barrel to adjust correctly

These are the air/fuel mix screws on the front of the carb correct? And should the timing be done on this motor before i make anymore adjustments to the carbs?
