Quick question on a 1982 Ranger 17 foot I found for sale. Looks to be in decent shape but the guy that has it, bought it as a project and never laid a hand on it. Definitely needs some work but nothing I cant handle. He has titles for everything and only wants $300 bucks.
Question I have is, does anyone have experience with this boat? It has a mercury 150 on it, which if it does run, would be worth well over 300 bucks by itself.
Other question i have is it is the fish and ski model. Has anyone ever taken out the bench seats in front of the consoles and built a deck and storage in place of them?
