1979 evinrude 85 hp wont start

i have an issue with my 1979 85 hp evinrude, it was running fine i had it running for the firrst time this year to have ready for the season so i went to tha lake and here we go it wont start, i already check for spark and i have on all the cill, now how can i check i im getting fuel to them?

Crank the engine and apply the choke. After 10 seconds of cranking, remove the plugs. If they are wet, they are getting fuel.
