let me start by saying i replaced all fuel lines and vaccum lines today. when i start the motor it idles fine but if u take it up to half throttle it begins to bog down. Anything after half throttle the engines dies. i should also add that the motor was running fine until i sprayed carb cleaner in the carbs. after i sprayed the carbs the motor started acting up. any suggestions?

If spraying the carb cleaner in was the defining moment then you know where to start looking. Was the carb cleaner that you used safe for outboard motors, many carb cleaners are designed for motors that do not require lubricant in the fuel, which can lean out a motor and burn holes in pistons and score cylinders. If it was safe for use on your outboard then you may have very well knocked loose some debris which became lodged somewhere else.

Time to remove the carbs and do a thorough cleaning and install new kits.
