hi guys,
i've recently taken on the process of gettin my dads outboard up and going again. it has been ran in years. so far i've done carb kit, fuel pump and new plugs. it may be kind of hard to tell in the video but the motor stumbles, almost dies then stumbles again. it seems to do this intermittently. i have a kit with points and condensors, would this be causing this issue? i've also got an impeller that's going on next.
